Event: 2025 - 2nd Annual WSF Sunflower Festival

WSF Background:
The Wilds Sonshine Factory (WSF) is located on Route 6, just outside of Kane, PA. The main mission of WSF is to promote Pennsylvania, its Natural Resources, Agricultural Education and Sustainability. With a unique, rustic facility, WSF operates as a:
- DISTILLERY: Creating a one-of-a-kind distilled spirit made from local sunflowers, called Sonshine, WSF is a craft distillery that has a “World Record” tasting bar.
- GIFT SHOP: Our Retail Gift Shop features all PA local artisans and their hand- made products.
- EDUCATION CENTER: Around every corner, WSF’s facility promotes and appreciates PA’s Natural Resources (like Timber, Water, Agriculture) and Native Species of Plants and Wildlife.
- EVENT VENUE: Expansive space and the availability for a variety of different events, WSF can host Weddings, Parties, Live Entertainment, Workshops, Conferences, Showers, and Festivals like this one!
Event Logistics:
In August 2024, WSF hosted their "Inaugural WSF Sunflower Festival”. This weekend-long annual event is action packed with Live Music, Food Trucks, Car/Bike Show, Interactive/Educational Programs, and Vendors. 2023 (Grand Opening) and 2024 both exceeded attendance expectations and records, and we have the same goal for 2025.

Vendor Information:
Vendor Application Fee ($25) and Completed Forms are due by May 1, 2025.
**Availability of Vendor Space is limited, so the best way to ensure a spot is to complete and submit payment and completed Vendor Application as soon as possible.
Vendors will be notified of their Acceptance/Denial of Application by May 2, 2025.
THIS IS AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR, RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
Vendors can make their preference for an indoor/outdoor space known on the “Vendor Application Form”, and we will do our best to accommodate.

WSF provides:
- Proper blanket Liability Insurance for the Event
- Security for sensitive or questionable situations/patrons
**It is the Vendor’s responsibility to report any out-of-the-ordinary situation, or to refuse service and report Visibly Intoxicated Patrons (V.I.P.s) to Event Staff/Security.
**WSF assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Vendor Space (Up to all 3 days of the Event)(Non-Refundable):
- Standard Vendor Space (10’x10’) $150
**Optional: Oversized Vendor Space (10’x20’ or larger) $250
**Upon Acceptance, payment for Vendor Space (Standard or Oversized) is due by June 30, 2025.
**All Vendors must check-in at the Registration Desk on the day-of-the-event and have confirmed payment of the space in order to be permitted entry, and only then can Event Staff provide Vendor Info Packet and Directions to Assigned Vendor Space.
All Vendors are suggested to bring the following:
- Tables & Chairs (Not provided by Event Host)
- Pop-up Canopy (Indoor and/or Outdoor Spaces) for sunny/rainy weather
- Decorative/Branded signs, business cards and related items to enhance the appearance
- Any Props you may need to easily display the products you have for sale
Alcoholic Beverage Vendors:
If you intend to sell any alcoholic products, you must have a valid PA license and documentation to prove so upon request. All products must have a T.T.B. approved label. Such Vendors are required to bring:
- PLCB Expo Permit (Must be submitted to WSF by July 31, 2025)
