Event Logistics:
Wilds Sonshine is SO EXCITED for the Inaugural BLACK CHERRY JAMBOREE! Modeled after the historic "Kane Black Cherry Festival" and Sheffield Johnny Appleseed Festival", this Lumber themed Festival will feature live music on TWO Stages, Live Chainsaw Carvers, Woodsman Event Demonstrations, Family Friendly Workshops for Kids, and MUCH MORE!

Vendor Information:
Vendor's completed Application and paid Fee ($25) are due by May 22, 2026.
**Availability of Vendor Space is limited, so the best way to ensure a spot is to complete and submit payment and completed Vendor Application as soon as possible.
 

Vendors will be notified of their Acceptance/Denial by May 29, 2026.

THIS IS AN INDOOR/OUTDOOR, RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
Vendors can add a "Note" on their Vendor Application to outline their preference for an indoor/outdoor space, any reasonable accommodations, etc, and we will do our best to accommodate.

WSF provides:

• Proper blanket Liability Insurance for the Event

• Security for sensitive or questionable situations/patrons

       **It is the Vendor’s responsibility to report any out-of-the-ordinary situation, or to refuse service                             and report Visibly Intoxicated Patrons (V.I.P.s) to Event Staff/Security.
       **WSF assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

 Vendor Space Options (Non-Refundable): 

***MUST be able to attend all 3 days, if not - minimum Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun. ***This event receives so many applicants that there is typically a waitlist, and it is not fair to those who are capable of fully committing to the event. If you are accepted, but end up not being able to attend, please notify as soon as possible to be able to fill your space.

• Food Truck (Trailer or Tent) - $50

          **If you need electrical access, please make note on your application & we will do our best to accommodate

• Standard Vendor Space (10’x10’) - $75

• Oversized Vendor Space (10’x20’ or larger) - $125

**Upon Acceptance, payment for Vendor Space is due by July 31, 2026.
**All Vendors must check-in at the Registration Desk on the day-of-the-event and have confirmed payment of the space in order to be permitted entry, and only then can Event Staff provide Vendor Info Packet and Directions to Assigned Vendor Space.

All Vendors are suggested to bring the following:

• Tables & Chairs (Not provided by Event Host)

• Pop-up Canopy (Indoor and/or Outdoor Spaces) for sunny/rainy weather

• Decorative/Branded signs, business cards and related items to                            enhance the appearance

• Any Props you may need to easily display the products you have for sales

Alcoholic Beverage Vendors:

If you intend to sell any alcoholic products, you must have a valid PA license and documentation to prove so upon request. All products must have a T.T.B. approved label. Such Vendors are required to bring:

• PLCB Expo Permit (Must be submitted to WSF by July 31, 2026)
